"I prefer to work underneath the radar, quietly, for, as it says in the Talmud, 'A blessing is found only in an object that is hidden from the eye', but on occasions, there is no choice," he explains in a conversation from his home on the 22nd floor of the Leonardo Plaza Hotel in Jerusalem.
